If some of the crazy clothes on dogs wasn’t enough, it seems temporary tattoos for dogs are growing in popularity in the Upper East Side according to DNA Info. At the epicenter is a groomer named Jorge Bendersky. Obviously the temporary tattoos don’t require needles to be put on (like a regular tattoo), but it is unclear whether the temporary tattoos are toxic if eaten by a dog.
